![]() The concierge and housekeeping were fantastic. Jason, the operations manager, was very attentive and kind. W Boston is an excellent hotel to stay, centrally located, walking distance to the historical, financial, trains, restaurants, bars, attractions, tours, parks and the trade in general. Having visited other W Hotels in the past, I think Boston is the best of them! Can't wait to return. The manager, Yeiker, and his team (I had to get their names - Jose, Youssef, Joe, Sea, Zachary, and Eli) are world class!Īlso special recognition is due for front desk agent Amanda, overnight front desk supervisor who's name I failed to get, and the housekeeping staff on the floors who were always gracious and helpful with small requests. Special shout out to the Valet Team who took great care of our truck and were always there to lend a hand with the little things. He promptly helped us with storing our bikes and bags until the room was ready (which was ready at 10AM!) Diego seemingly never went home as he was there through the evening and again in the morning to help us depart as well - great asset to the hotel!Īside from the great central location and easy walkability, the people at this hotel are clearly happy to be there and their positivity extends to the guest experience. We arrived early from our redeye flight and the first person to greet us was doorman/bellman Diego. Myself and 4 friends were travelling together to Boston with bicycles - that means lots of hefty luggage. Overall, a great hotel and atmosphere, just a few recommendations if you are hoping to get some rest! I would recommend checking out another brunch spot in the area. The jazz brunch was a nice touch, but there weren't too many options on the menu and it was relatively pricey. The hotel does offer breakfast in the morning, which was OK. In retrospect, we should have requested a room that was much higher and maybe not city-side, because we heard everything and it wasn't an extremely restful night sleep. I was woken up a few times by all of the noise. There is a DJ that plays on Saturday nights that I wish we had considered when we were given our room on the 4th was very loud for us until the DJ stopped around 2am.and then the noise was replaced by people yelling in the streets leaving the hotel and other surrounding bars. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was nicer than a lot of other hotels. The rooms were very clean and spacious, which was perfect for 4 women. My girlfriends and I stayed here on a Saturday night as a girls getaway. Overall, this place was a great hotel to stay in.
